These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into by phuljhadi designs (“phuljhadi designs”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). The User shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of the Site and all charges related thereto. The Company shall not be liable for any damages to the User's equipment resulting from the use of the Site.

PRICING INFORMATION IN CASE OF SALE BY US

We strive to provide you with the best prices possible on products and/or services you buy from us, however, We do not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in the city, region or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without any prior notice. The prices mentioned on the Site are not subject to comparison with the same or similar product(s) and/or service(s) available through any online or offline sale. The pricing is subject to our pricing policy and the prices shall be determined only at our sole discretion.

While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address or telephone number provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that we accept your order the same shall be debited to your credit card account. The payment may be processed prior to our dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account. No refunds shall be applicable on the orders made by the User under the Cash on Delivery (“COD”) option.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Unless you cancel your order within 24 hours after full payment has been made, as we Dispatch the orders within 24 hours , acceptance of your order and completion of the order between you and Phuljhadi designs will be completed when the goods have been dispatched.

To cancel your order you must notify us of your decision by email here using the subject heading ‘Cancellation’ and supplying your order number and address. Any returns after the 3 day period stated above will be at the discretion of phuljhadi designs.


DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS

All our products are checked before packing. We also pack carefully so that the jewellery does not get damaged while in transit. But in case of very rare instance of items get damaged in transit, please contact us via email phuljhadidesigns@gmail.com or whatsapp at +91 8077021530 within 24 hours . We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will dispatch the replacement .


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

EXCHANGE POLICY: 

Non Offer Products

1.We have an exchange policy if informed within 24 hrs of delivery.You can email us at  phuljhadidesigns@gmail.com with the order no. or can whatsapp at +91-8077021530.

2.For Exchange you may return the pair of earrings or necklace to us at 113-A , Third floor , shahpurjat , new delhi -110049 within 7 days , with intact packing and bubble wrap , along with the invoice .

Offer Products

1.There is no exchange on offer products.

RETURN POLICY:

2.We will pick up the products, once we receive the products we will dispatch the new one.

Offer Products

1.There is no return policy on offer products.

NOTE: We do not accept any exchange and returns on HANDMADE products,  SALE products and on INTERNATIONAL orders.

BILLING

The price of our products is inclusive of the GST (goods and services tax).


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Domestic Shipping

1. Shipping is Flat 100/- irrespective of how much amount of products you bought for .

2.We use Delhivery, Dtdc and Speedpost for all domestic pincodes.

3.Orders from all over India are processed within 24 hours. For orders within Delhi NCR, we deliver in 2 working days and rest of India we deliver in 5-7 working days.

 4.You will be notified when your order  is out for delivery in your local area.

 

International Shipping 

1. Shipping Charges will be charged after checkout as per weight of the order.

2.Any Custom Charges to be paid by customer.

3. We use Delhivery, Aramex and UPS courier service for shipping.

4. Delivery Time 7-12 working days.

5. During this unprecedented time (COVID-19) ,weather conditions shipments could be delayed , but we will try our best to get it delivered on time.
