How long does delivery take?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders between ₹699 and ₹2900.

Yes. We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹699.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped, you can contact our customer support team for modifications or cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are generally not eligible for returns unless you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order for non-offer products. Customers are required to bear the shipping charges associated with the exchange.
The following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- 3 Earrings for ₹1000
- 3 Necklaces for ₹1500
- Sale products priced under ₹250 or ₹450
- Garage Sale products
- Any other discounted or promotional items
For damaged or missing items, we will replace the product with the same design, subject to availability.
How do refunds work?
We currently do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide a gift card or store credit equivalent to the value of the approved return. This can be used on future purchases at your convenience.
