1. Exchange Policy

Non-Offer Products:

1. Eligibility for Exchange:
   Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order. To initiate the process, kindly email us at phuljhadidesigns@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8077021530 with your order number.

2. Exchange Process:

   • To proceed with the exchange, return the product (earrings or necklace) to the following address within 7 days. Ensure the product is securely packed with bubble wrap and includes the original invoice.

3. Shipping Costs:
   The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product for exchange.

4. Exchange Outcome:
   Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a coupon code for the value of the returned item. The coupon code will be sent within 5 business days and can be used for future purchases at your convenience.

Offer Products:

1. Exchange Restrictions:
   For promotional offers such as:

   • 3 Earrings for ₹1000
   • 3 Necklaces for ₹1500
   • Sale items under ₹250 or ₹450
   • Any other discounted products

   No exchanges are allowed on these items. We will only replace damaged or missing items with the same design.

2. Return Policy

Non-Offer Products:

1. Damaged Products:
   If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at phuljhadidesigns@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8077021530.

2. Return Process for Damaged Products:
   We will arrange for a pickup of the damaged item. Once we receive the returned product, we will promptly dispatch a replacement.

3. Non-Damaged Returns:
   If you wish to return a non-damaged product, return the item (earrings, necklace, sunglasses, or footwear) to the following address within 7 days. The product must be in its original condition, with intact packaging, and include the invoice.

3. Refund Policy

In the case of a refund, we dont have cash refund , we will issue a coupon code or gift card equivalent to the value of the returned item. This can be used for future purchases at your convenience.

4. Important Notes

• No Returns/Exchanges:
  We do not accept returns or exchanges on handmade products, sale items, or international orders.

5. Defective and Damaged Items

At Phuljhadi Designs, we take utmost care to inspect and pack our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours via email at phuljhadidesigns@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-8077021530. We will promptly assist you by arranging a return and dispatching a replacement once the faulty item has been returned.

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping

1. SHIPPING FREE on prepaid orders above ₹700/-. For Prepaid Orders below ₹700/- shipping is shipping is Flat ₹100/-.
2. Cash on Delivery only available for order value from ₹700 to ₹2900. Shipping is Flat ₹100/- on Cash on Delivery. 

3. We use Delhivery, DTDC and Speedpost as courier partner for all domestic orders.

4. Orders from all over India are processed within 24 hours. For orders within Delhi NCR, we deliver in 2 working days and rest of India we deliver in 5-7 working days.

5. You will be notified when your order is out for delivery in your local area.

PLEASE NOTE - All Handmade product are made on order, delivery time for handmade is 15-20 days for all over India.

International Shipping 

1. Shipping Charges will be charged after checkout as per weight of the order.

2. Any Custom Charges to be paid by customer.

3. We use FEDEX courier service for shipping.

4. Delivery Time 7-12 working days.

5. During this unprecedented time (COVID-19) ,weather conditions shipments could be delayed , but we will try our best to get it delivered on time.
