EXCHANGE POLICY

Non Offer Products

1.We have an exchange policy if informed within 24 hrs of delivery.You can email us at  phuljhadidesigns@gmail.com with the order no. or can whatsapp at +91-8077021530.

2.For Exchange you may return the pair of earrings or necklace to us at 113-A , third floor , shahpurjat , new delhi -110049 wihin 7 days , with intact packing and bubble wrap , along with the invoice .

Once we receive the product, we will check the product  and issue you a coupon code of the same product value within 5 days of receiving your return. You can shop for that amount anytime in the future

Offer Products

1. For 3 earring for 1000, 3 necklace for 1500, sale under 250, sale under 450 And any discounted products, There is no exchange on offer products. we replace only damaged products and missing products with same design.

2. For Return(damage products) We will pick up the products, once we receive the products we will dispatch the new one.

3.For Return (non damage products), you may return the pair of earrings/ necklace/ sunglass /footwear to us at

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS

All our products are checked before packing. We also pack carefully so that the jewellery does not get damaged while in transit. But in case of very rare instance of items get damaged in transit, please contact us via email phuljhadidesigns@gmail.com or whatsapp at +91 8077021530 within 24 hours . We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will dispatch the replacement .
